Jay Hudson was a key figure at The Hit Shack Recording Studio in Austin, Texas, from 1989 to 2005, serving as a recording engineer and a central contributor to the studio’s operations. He worked alongside Dave McNair and helped make The Hit Shack a creative hub in Austin’s vibrant music scene.
